💚 When will _ be restocked?
- Stickers: I do regularly restock stickers that sell well but for slow sellers there may be some time before a restock due to printing costs.
- Charms & Other Stuff: Other restocks depend on design; please check the listing itself for info on restocks. Some stuff will be a limited run and will not be restocked once selling out, such as handmade bags and scrap pins.
💚 Where do you get _ made?
I currently get my stickers printed through Stickerapp, and my charms made through ZapCreatives. Some products, such as scrap pins, are handmade using craft stuff I have around the house, and I source miscellaneous things such as clasps from various Ebay shops.
💚 What if I order something alongside a preorder item?
Everything in a single order will ship together after the preorder date. If you want a non-preorder item shipped separately, please make a separate order.
💚 What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
Please wait one week after the estimated delivery date for orders in the UK and three weeks outside the UK. Sometimes parcels genuinely get lost on the way but sometimes they do just arrive late, especially around Christmas.
If it does look like your order has gone missing please contact me through the contact form or email me at [email protected] with your order number and I'll see what I can do.
Once shipped, orders are out of my control- please be patient regarding lost/late orders :(
💚 Can I cancel or change an order?
- Cancelling: Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and I do not accept returns. I can cancel and refund any orders that have not been shipped, but I ship within a few days so please check your order carefully before placing it (check shipping times here).
- Changing: Like above, once an order is shipped it cannot be changed, but I am happy to change orders that have not been shipped yet if you send me an email at [email protected].
