💚 Processing times:
I post all orders within 3-4 working days unless my post office is unexpectedly closed or I am lost in the woods and getting mauled by dogs ✌
💚 International Shipping
I strongly recommend tracked shipping for international orders- orders are out of my control once shipped and I cannot guarantee a refund/replacement if your untracked order does not arrive (see FAQ for lost order info).
💚 Delivery Times:
- UK: 3-5 business days
- International: 5-12 business days
💚 For Preorder Items:
Preorder items usually ship 4-5 weeks after listing, but please see individual listings for info on when preorder items ship. Anything purchased alongside a preorder item will ship with it, please make a separate purchase if you want any non-preorder items sent out as normal.
💚 Holiday Season:
It gets very busy around Christmas and postage will get delayed, so I only offer tracked shipping during this time :')
💚 Returns:
I do not accept returns, but if there is a problem with your order please contact me using the contact form or by emailing [email protected].
Once shipped, orders are out of my control- please be patient regarding lost/late orders :(
